Are you a licensed and insured plumber?
Yes. Sunstate Plumbing & Gas is a licensed Florida plumbing contractor (Lic# CFC1429879) and fully insured. We are also licensed for gas work, so we can handle gas lines, gas water heaters and generator connections without a second contractor.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We give free estimates and explain what we found and what we recommend before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Do you work on gas lines as well as plumbing?
Yes. We install and repair gas lines for standby generators, ranges, dryers, water heaters, tankless units, pool heaters, grills and outdoor kitchens. Every new line is pressure tested before it goes into service.
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If your tank water heater is under about 8 years old and the problem is an element, thermostat or valve, a repair usually makes sense. If it is 10 to 12 years old, leaking from the tank or rusting, replacement is almost always the better value. We will give you an honest recommendation either way.
